Description
This dish is very easy and quick to prepare. It’s all pulled together in a large karachi (or pan) creating lots of tasty sauce. It can be served with either rice or noodles.
Other ingredients you will require:
6 tablespoons natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons tomato puree
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 – 3/4 pint boiling water
1/2of a block of creamed coconut
1 fresh green chilli (chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh coriander (chopped)
300gm prawns (washed & prepared) or 3 chicken breasts (diced)

Cumin, Turmeric, Coriander, Garlic Powder, Crushed Chillies, hand blended in variable proportions
