Description
This is a delicate but richly flavoured sweet & sour dish.
Indian chefs will only use the freshest juiciest prawns for this mouth-watering curry.
This particular version creates a tangy sauce and is nothing like the sweet & sour dish from your local Chinese carry out.
Other ingredients you will require:
3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
675g Chicken Breast or Prawns
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon syrup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato puree
salt to taste

This curry is a great hit with all the family. We use lamb which is great and sometimes add an extra chilli for some additional spice.
