This is usually a vegetarian main course but can be served as an accompanying side dish with any curry.
To make it simple and quick to prepare we have used tinned chickpeas in this recipe.
Other ingredients you will require:
2 tins cooked chick peas (drained and washed)
1 onion (chopped)
1 x 400gm tin chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste

Cumin, Coriander, Chilli, Ginger, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Paprika, Chilli Powder, hand blended
in variable proportions
