Bombay Potatoes



Serve “Bombay Aloo” as a main vegetable curry or as a side dish with your main course.

The potatoes are cooked with tomatoes and onion which results in a deliciously spiced combination .

Other ingredients you will require:
4 large potatoes (peeled & diced)
1 onion (chopped)
1 x 400gm tin chopped tomatoes
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt & pepper
