This curry is so mouth-watering made with chicken or beef but can also be adapted for fish or prawns. It is a sweet and sour curry made with mango chutney, yoghurt and vinegar.
Lots of sauce and quite spicy. The fresh chilli can be left out if you prefer a milder dish.
Other ingredients you will require:
500g chicken or braising steak (diced)
14oz tin of tomatoes (liquidised)
3 tablespoons tomato puree
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons mango chutney
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
150ml single cream
1 fresh green chilli (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh coriander
Hot water (if required)
